Let’s Gidi Fest does not offer refunds due to lineup changes. Tickets are purchased for the festival experience as a whole, not for any specific artist. While all listed performers are confirmed to appear, artists, venues, and schedules are subject to change without notice. We remain committed to delivering an exceptional experience regardless of any adjustments. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Let’s Gidi Fest’s Terms & Conditions, which state that tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. All associated fees—including booking, service, transaction, processing, shipping, and fulfillment—are also non-refundable.

You can reach the venue via taxi, ride-sharing services, or our special festival shuttle buses that run from central locations throughout the city.

Parking is available at an additional cost. We strongly recommend using our shuttle service or ride-sharing to reduce congestion and environmental impact.

Parking Options: RAMP C - 318 2nd Ave N (3 mins walk) | RAMP B - 516 2nd Ave N (6 mins walk) | RAMP A - 101 N 9th St (8 mins walk)

You can bring small bags, empty reusable water bottles, sunscreen, hats, and personal medications. All bags will be searched upon entry.

Prohibited items include outside food and drinks, large bags, professional cameras, weapons, illegal substances, and pets (except service animals).

Small personal parasols are allowed, but large umbrellas that could block views are not permitted. We recommend bringing a poncho in case of rain.

Your safety and well-being—as well as that of our artists, guests, and staff—is our top priority. We work hand-in-hand with local authorities to create the safest environment possible. Throughout the festival grounds, you’ll see both uniformed and plainclothes security personnel. They’re here to help—don’t hesitate to approach them if you need immediate assistance. You see something unsafe you say it right away!

To ensure the safety of everyone attending the festival, all guests will undergo a thorough, airport-style security screening before entry. This may include a full body pat-down and magnetometer scan. If you prefer to be screened by a security staff member of the same gender, please inform them before the screening begins. We strongly encourage you to review the list of allowed and prohibited items before arriving at the festival.

Your safety matters. If you ever feel harassed, threatened, or uncomfortable in any way, please report it immediately to a staff member. No always means no. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. Harassment of any kind—including based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, body size, appearance, age, or national origin—will not be tolerated.
